Hulp op afstand

Voor veel softwareproblemen, instellingen, e-mail, accounts en technische hulp kan ondersteuning op afstand perfect volstaan.

Hulp aan huis

50€ / uur

Voor problemen met wifi, printer, computeropstelling of zaken die ik best ter plaatse bekijk.

Uitleg en begeleiding

50€ / uur

Ook als alles technisch werkt maar je gewoon duidelijke uitleg nodig hebt over toestel, apps, instellingen of gebruik.

          De uiteindelijke kost hangt af van de aard van het probleem, de benodigde tijd en of hulp op afstand of ter plaatse het meest geschikt is.
        

Tarifs

Explications et accompagnement

Même si tout fonctionne techniquement, je peux aussi vous aider à mieux comprendre votre appareil, vos applications ou vos réglages.

          Le coût final dépend de la nature du problème, du temps nécessaire et du fait qu’une aide à distance ou sur place soit la plus adaptée.

          The final cost depends on the type of problem, the time needed, and whether remote or on-site support is the best fit.

Geen moeilijke uitleg of technisch gebrabbel waar niemand iets aan heeft. We bekijken samen wat het probleem is en zoeken de meest logische oplossing: op afstand of aan huis.

Het doel is niet alleen om het probleem op te lossen, maar ook om duidelijk uit te leggen wat er aan de hand is, zodat je mee bent in mensentaal.

Pas de discours compliqué ni de jargon technique inutile. Nous regardons ensemble quel est le problème et cherchons la solution la plus logique, à distance ou à domicile.

Le but n’est pas seulement de résoudre le problème, mais aussi d’expliquer clairement ce qui se passe, dans un langage compréhensible.
